Terms and Conditions

Saturday to Saturday bookings are only accepted early and late season.
The flats are available for occupation from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
We reserve the right to re-let accommodation not claimed by 3pm on the day following booked arrival day unless prior notice is received. Late arrivals please notify.
£50.00 security deposit per chalet/flat is required with the balance. This is refundable 2 days after the departure.
Flats must be left in a clean and tidy state or a cleaning charge will be made for flats left dirty on departure.
No restrictions on your coming and going are imposed other than to ask you to be quiet when coming in late, particularly in keeping noise to a minimum at night.
Accommodation shall be used solely by the persons named on the booking form. Residents only, no guests. This is for your own safety and insurance purposes.
Persons named on the booking formshall be held responsible for any loss, damages or breakages to the proprietors property.
Part or all of bond money may be withheld for non compliance of the aforesaid terms.
1 / 3 of the cost of the holiday is required as a deposit at the time of booking. The balance of the holiday being paid 14 days before arrival.
Deposits are non-returnable. Where it is possible to re-let accommodation the balance of payments will not be charged. Every effort will be made to re-let and your co-operation is requested in notifying us immediately of cancellation.
It is within your interest to take out holiday insurance cancellation cover.
No booking shall be accepted from any person under 18 years of age.
